Backordered Items

If you have received notification that one or more of the items you have ordered are on backorder, this means we are waiting for the manufacturer to ship it to us and there may be a longer than expected delay in receiving these items. Backordered items are shipped as soon as we have them in our possession and you will be notified via email with a shipping notification and tracking number. It is our policy at Twisted Throttle to only charge for the items once they ship to you, so if an item is on backorder, you have not paid for it yet. Our team will keep you updated as to the most current ETA when the information is shared with us. We thank you for your patience.
